Work

The work below is any games or projects I have worked on with the most recent items first.

Legislate or bee extinct

Legislate or bee extinct was created for the Global Game Jam 11. It was created by the same team that I have worked with for the past 2 years as well, and was once again at the Global Game Jam at Qantm College in London as it was a closer venue to attend.

Land Rover Discovery Challenge

Land Rover Discovery Challenge is my fourth Ludum Dare game that I have created, it was for LD19 and the theme was Discovery.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 is the largest project I have worked on which was released for Xbox 360 (with Kinect support), Playstation 3, Windows, Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS. I worked on the higher end platforms (Xbox 360, PS3 and Windows) and even had the chance to work with Kinect.

Bac-Attack

Bac-Attack was my third Ludum Dare game that I have created, it was for LD18 and the theme was Enemies as Weapons.

Attack of the Canvey Island Monster

Attack of the Canvey Island Monster was the second Ludum Dare that I took part in and it was for LD17 and the theme was Islands.

Flips

Flips are a small series of Nintendo DS titles released by Electronic Arts and developed by Electronic Arts Bright Light. The series spanned across seven Nintendo DS titles and seven Nintendo DSiWare titles and I worked on all bar one of the DSiWare titles. Flips are interactive books for kids, helping to try and promote reading for kids by adding a little fun into the books.

Pikabu

Pikabu was created for the Global Game Jam 10. It was created by the same team from Lash La Rue, myself, Charlotte Woolley and Timothy Wayman, but this time we took part in the Jam at Qantm College in London as it was a closer venue to attend.

Rex's Junk Hunt

Rex's Junk Hunt was my second attempt at 48 hour game making, this time for Ludum Dare a contest where you must make a game all on your own in 48 hours. This game was for LD16 and the theme was Exploration.

Void

Void was my third year project at University that was created in the Unreal III Engine, it was created by four individuals including myself, Robert Strachan, Andrew Winyard and Caryn Read, it was never truly finished and was always being updated, however everyone seemed impressed with what we came out with in the end.

Lash La Rue

Lash La Rue on Holiday is a game that was created for the Global Game Jam 09. It was created by a team made up of my sister Charlotte Woolley and her boyfriend Timothy Wayman as well as myself. This was my first venture into 48 hour game making and it opened up a new world to me. The Game Jam we attended was at the University of Wales, Newport and was the first of its kind done at the university.

Toy Invasion

Toy Invasion was an exercise in working with programmers, we didn't come out with a playable game, but it was a valuable experience, and I'm very happy to have created what I did, and I was pleased with what I came out with from it.

Tunnel

Tunnel is an interactive flash, venturing into the mind of an unhappy individual contemplating what may be wrong through an interior monologue.

Pixel art project

The project remains untitled but it was a development of a previous flash project, venturing into 3D while combining it with 2D at the same time.
