One Hundred and Ninety Eight: Delicious chocolate chip shortbread

After delving into the depths of shortbread multiple times in the past by making millionaire's shortbread I decided to give a less rich shortbread a go.

So I found a recipe for some chocolate chip shortbread and I must say it came out amazingly. It may not be able to be compared to the best Scottish shortbread, but it was buttery and crumbly and lovely to eat. Sadly of course they are super naughty to eat but it did turn out good, I can definitely see myself making them again in the future.
