Three Hundred and Fourteen: Skyrim day!

For anyone out there who has been living under a rock recently, you'll be glad to know that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is officially out today! Worldwide release as well, which of course doesn't happen for that many games.

Bethesda have of course been working on this for god knows how long, I would imagine a very long time as I'm sure they must always have a TES team working on a game, it only makes sense really.

Oblivion came out back in 2006 and was the first Elder Scrolls game with a simultaneous release on a console, this time round Skyrim is not only available on Windows and Xbox 360, but also Playstation 3.

For the past week or so I've been singing the theme in my head, and rewatching the trailer to hear the song, I'm very much looking forward to playing it. However sadly my dragon edition did not get delivered meaning I have to wait some time to be able to play Skyrim, but it is the kind of game that can wait. Giving me a chance to get a little more Batman in before I start my adventure to the northern territories and take on a dragon.
