Three Hundred and Nine: Uncharted 3 is finished...that was quick?!

Uncharted 3 was only released a few days ago and after spending a few evenings devoted to it, sadly I ran out of game and finished it.

I didn't really expect Uncharted 3 to be a massively long game, but I remember spending quite some time to finish the second iteration in the series; however that said I did very much enjoy Uncharted 3. However when comparing number two and number three especially I was slightly let down with Nate's newest adventure.

Of course with that said, there is a lot that's great with Uncharted 3, however I don't want to spoil the game for anyone who hasn't played it. All-round I really enjoyed the whole game however there were a few specific standout chapters, so to remain spoiler free I will say that I really enjoyed the following chapters:

2, 6, 11, 15, 18, 21

Some were because of puzzles within the chapters others were the set pieces, there were some amazing bits within the game, and some sections even shocked me. I was a little let down with some sections feeling a little cut short, but of course I'm sure they were probably very pressed for time throughout development when creating such a breath-taking game.

Overall though I felt slightly let down by the combat, and the sense of scale didn't feel as great as in the previous game, but I got through and loved the nine hours I spent playing it. I only wish it was double the length and had me playing as the lovely Mr Nathan Drake for longer.

After finishing this masterpiece of a game I do now feel the need to play through Uncharted and Uncharted 2, followed by another play through of Uncharted 3 when I find a little time.
