Two Hundred and Twenty Nine: A new unexpected game

Picked this game up from a little charity shop for the tiny sum of £1, I had never seen or heard of Soul Nomad and the World Eaters before. I imagine it had a bit of a small, quiet release over here as Koei games tend to just appear on shelves most of the time.

I haven't given it a play yet but from looking at it you create units for your army, and then use these units to create some set armies that you can then use in battle. You can then summon them into a battle where its then grid based, and when your men come in contact with enemies they do battle from a side on perspective which is fought automatically dependant on your stats.

If that makes much sense, it's all about the battles! It looks like you spend a lot of time within this battle system, couldn't say no to that price though!
